President Trump has been in office for over 100 days. Since he has passed that milestone (which many decry as a horrible way to measure the progress of a new administration), the barrage of criticism has only grown.
Much of the negative press is based off of the blunders, leaks, and shady dealings that have become an almost constant dark cloud hovering over the Trump administration.
This article is not going to discuss the bias prevalent in many news channels, whether for or against President Trump. Neither will I discuss the divisive nature of the campaign, election win, and time in power thus far.
It hasn’t even been a full week under President Trump and the US has been downgraded from a full to a “flawed democracy”.
I wasn’t happy with the election results, but I decided to give Trump a chance and see whether he and a GOP led Congress can make some positive change.
It is very sad to say that the hope I held is already almost fully diminished.
After a very long campaign season, we find ourselves with less than 48 hours between the posting of this article and election day.
I believe I speak for many more than just myself when I say that I feel absolutely exhausted.
This election cycle has been unprecedented for many reasons. Foremost of these reasons being the low class of dialogue generated on a national level.
